If you have not tried the recipe below you should. I tried it Friday night and it was super yummy and super easy. I used boneless chicken thighs, and paired it with some fresh corn on the cob bought at the farmers market that afternoon.

To grill the corn I just cut off the silk off the top and emerged the unhusked corn in water for about 20 minutes. I then placed it on the grill right beside the chicken. They were done about the same time.

It was a perfect Friday night summer dinner.
